All orders are prepared within 24-48 working hours starting from the order confirmation date.

All orders already sent cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.​

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, there are some exceptions. Please note that some international shipments may be subject to additional fees and taxes. In all cases, we will issue the necessary invoices to ensure that the shipment clears customs smoothly, any additional fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We want you to control your order at all times. For this reason, after we send your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a shipment number with which you will be able to track your order.​ If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order or need to provide us with new delivery information, please contact us.

We strive to prepare and ship our products in perfect condition. If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us, we will be happy to help.​

We accept returns in the following circumstances: - I received the order in bad condition - I misunderstood the size and would like an exchange - The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it ​ In all cases , all products sent for exchange or return must be in the condition in which they were delivered and without visible signs of use, otherwise we will not be able to accept the exchange or return. The deadline for returns and exchanges is 30 days. Exceptions: Orders placed between November 28th and January 6th can be exchanged or returned until February 7th.
